BIRN Query Prototype

This is a prototype for statistical queries on morphometric data. It is an example of some of the basic statistical features that we need for accomplishing our Morph BIRN clinical specific aims. This does not access the SRB, so the processing times does not reflect SRB interactions. Rather it uses a local file that could have been created through an SRB query. This query works by passing information from this form to a perl CGI script. The perl script constructs commands for use in R (a stats package), executes R, formats the results, and constructs the final web page with the results.
