To Do
- create page to list stuff to put on wiki page (done! way to go Jenni!)
update mri_segment, specifically add description of how and when to use -wlo and -whi to fix problems. add links in tutorial fixer section to this page. also update source-code to include same text.
- mri_label2label, mris_anatomical_stats, in conjunction with doing a group analysis and checking results, getting stats out.
- aseg.stats, ?h.aparc.stats
- the aseg gray matter shouldn't be used - that the surface should be. And we should really use the surfaces to generate wm estimates as well. Xiao has a program called mris_volume that will compute the volume inside a surface. The volumes would be:
gm volume = pial volume - white volume wm volume = white volume - (ventricles+caudate+putamen+pallidum+thalamus)
