Course Details

A description of the course is found here. We require a minimum of 35 registrants before we hold the course.

Before registering, please review the details of the course at the link provided above. Keep in mind that this is a rigorous, four day long course. Attendees will work in pairs on provided laptops.

As long as there are empty spots in the course, we will accept late registrations (regardless of the payment deadline). If you register after the payment deadline has passed, payment is due immediately.

If the course is full, you are still encouraged to register in order to be placed on the waiting-list. Spots tend to become available around the payment deadline and the week before the course.

Payment Details

The fee for the course is $900. A reduced rate of $625 is available to undergraduate and graduate students. MDs, PhDs, RAs and Post-docs do not qualify for the student rate.

The payment deadline is August 14, 2019 for all payment forms except for institutional check. The payment deadline for those sending an institutional check is August 28, 2019 with the expectation that we will be contacted by your financial institution by August 14, 2019 to confirm a check is being issued. If payment has not been received by the payment deadline or your institution has not contacted Stacey Ladieu (sladieu at martinos dot org) with details of their payment arrangement by that date (in the case of an institutional check), your spot will be opened to the waiting list. You will be contacted by us before we do so.

Course fees are refundable up to the payment deadline. A $300 fee will be deducted, should you request a refund up to 2 weeks prior to the program. After that, the tuition can be applied to a future program once, or you can send someone in your place.
