NOTE (NJS): the problem where cerebellum overlaps into the surfaces was fixed on 20jan (but didn't make it into dev until 21jan), so this problem can be ignored in the run using dev-2015-01-20.  to run the fix, use the latest dev and run this:  {{{recon-all -s subjid -apas2aseg -aparc2aseg}}}
