Allen Brain Atlas - human data
In the following you can find FreeSurfer recons constructed with v5.3 and soon also v6 of six (H0351.1009 ,H0351.1012 ,H0351.1015 ,H0351.1016 ,H0351.2001 ,H0351.2002) T1-weighted MRI scans that are part of the human Allen brain atlas. The data is described here and can be downloaded here. Note there are two more subjects available in the human Allen brain atlas, but due to incomplete gene expression measurements they were excluded.
