Allen Brain Atlas data
In the following you can find FreeSurfer recons constructed with v5.3 and soon also v6 of six (H0351.1009 ,H0351.1012 ,H0351.1015 ,H0351.1016 ,H0351.2001 ,H0351.2002) ex-vivo scans that are part of the human Allen brain atlas. The data can be found and is described here
The recons were manually edited by Vincent Beliveau and Melanie Ganz in order to get good surface reconstructions. Note that there were no subcortical segmentation edits performed!
