Below is a summary of editing strategies that we, the FreeSurfer team, have found useful and successful on our data sets of children of 4-6 years of age. We emphasize that these are merely guidelines that have worked on MRI data sets acquired with a specific scanner/coil/protocol and they might not be directly transferable to any other data sets.
