Gradient Non-linear Unwarping Tools

Within the Martinos Center, there are two sets of tools used to gradient unwarp an image:

• Silvester Czanner's grad_unwarp tool and tables

• Jon Polemeni's gradient_nonlin_unwarp tool and tables

Within the NMR Center, these are located here:

/space/freesurfer/unwarp

They are no longer distributed with the FreeSurfer package local to the center because the data files included with these tools are proprietary, and inclusion within the Freesurfer source tree runs the risk of this data leaving the center.
