Introduction

Scuba is a visualizer for FreeSurfer data. It is intended to replace TkMedit and eventually Tksurfer. It currently supports the viewing and editing of different volume types, and volume intersection of surfaces. It is scriptable with Tcl commands and contains a live command shell.
