inorm-sess -s [sessid] or -sf [sessidfile] -d [srchdir] or -df [srchdirfile] [<options>]

Positional Arguments

Required Flagged Arguments

-s [sessid] or -sf [sessidfile]	description
-d [srchdir] or -df [srchdirfile]	description

Optional Flagged Arguments

-thresh [threshold]	fraction of global mean to separate brain and air
-motioncor	inorm the motion corrected volumes
-funcstem [stem]	stem of functional volume (default: f or fmc)
-rlf [runlistfile]
-umask [umask]	set unix file permission mask to [umask]
-version	print version and exit
