mri_edit_wm_with_aseg

Usage:

  mri_edit_wm_with_aseg <options> input-wm input-T1/brain aseg output-wm

Options:

  -fillven
  -keep : keep edits as found in output volume
  -keep-in : keep edits as found in input volume
  -debug_voxel Gx Gy Gz

Example:

  mri_edit_wm_with_aseg -keep-in wm.seg.mgz brain.mgz aseg.mgz wm.asegedit.mgz
