usage: mris_compute_overlap [options] <subject name> <hemi> <surf name> <annot name> <label 1> <label 2> ...

  • p - compute brain area as a pct of all brain labels

    l <log fname> - log results to file (note %d will include label #)

    b <brain vol> - load brain vol and use it to normalize areas
