mris_wm_volume <subject> <hemi>

Arguments

Positional Arguments

<subject>

subject ID

name of subject/case to process

<hemi>

brain hemisphere

designate which hemisphere to use

Optional Flagged Arguments

-v

verbose terminal output

-SDIR

subject's directory

-white

white matter surface

-aseg

volume to determine non-wm voxels in sub-cortical regions

Description

This program computes the volume of the enclosed ?h.white surface, ignoring non-wm voxels in the aseg.

Example

mris_wm_volume 099 lh

This example outputs the white matter volume for the left hemisphere of subject 099.
